Hi Boston, Hope the heat doesn't have you house-bound.

Another busy day for me with a flying trip to the city mid-morning. It was nice to be a passenger for a change.

BF: oatmeal, yogurt, cinnamon, walnuts, grapes, Green Mint tea
L: half a wrap with salad inside and maybe a bit of shredded chicken, 1/4 ww beef and lettuce sandwich, 1 bite brownie square, coffee - pretty healthy offering for a catered lunch.
D: 2 slices ww toast, 2 eggs, ketchup, Green Mint tea; lemon yogurt, 1/2 c fresh blueberries, 1/3 c granola, Green Mint tea

I was sure hungry by the time I got home from work and I had to fight that craving to just go buy something fast. My friends went out for ice cream at lunch which is an end-of-school tradition but I was in the city at a meeting. I think a combination of hunger, stress, and that feeling of missing out on a fun time was getting to me. I'm already bothered by the fact that most of my friends are either retired or retiring in the next two years. That will take a lot of fun out of my workplace. There are going to be a lot of friends retiring from the professional organizations I belong to also. Feeling kind of blue over this whole stage of life.
