Hi girls, I don't really have detailed plans like you all do but right now my goal is to eat less, watch portion sizes, eat less junk food, eat out less, eat more fruit and vegetables and see if eating less will help me to feel any better.  As far as exercise well honestly moving around doing anything for me is about all I can handle right now.  When I am up cooking for a while or doing dishes a long time I have a lot of back pain and have to sit down and get my back up against something.  I am the most out of shape I have ever been.  I am getting a little extra exercise working with my flowers in the evening.  Its been so long since I felt good and didn't have pain most days that I realize being in pain and feeling swelled and hurting has become the new normal for me.  I feel like I am in a fog a good part of the day.  Hopefully things will turn around soon.
