Hi Kathlleen and Julie,

My first goal is to successfully complete Week 6 of eating healthy and to continue to work at increasing my activity level. I have a lot of challenges with making good choices and eating appropriate amounts at all the meals that I eat at meetings and on business trips and on social occasions. Two of my three meals were "out" today and lunch is part of a business meeting tomorrow. Regardless it is part of my lifestyle and I've always managed to lose weight in spite of it. It may slow me down but it doesn't stop me.

M: eating good, added activity
T: eating okay considering, golf and dishes will have to be the active part


I can see that my work schedule, daily food posts, 100 board posts, and daily posts here will defeat me. I'm going to do a weekly summary here which I can at least manage and commit to. So far, no binges, following the Food Guide, and fighting the desire to eat more, more, more this week. As the week went on I did less and less in the evening. I will just be so happy to end the day with things under control. This has been a very tough week.

Boston, don't worry about anything except working on your next step. We're all over the place here on where we're at on our journey. Personally, I'm working on re-gaining my control and undoing the damage since last May. It is what it is.
