Hi Julie, I've managed to avoid eating the rice noodles so far but they might be good in a summer salad. Thanks for the cooking warning.

Hi Boston, I'm a big fan of oatmeal for breakfast also!

BF: oatmeal, yogurt, cinnamon, walnuts, grapes
L: Chinese steamed veggies, Chinese green beans and veggies, Chinese ginger beef and sweet and sour chicken or pork balls, diet cola - both battered and deep fried - I took my staff out for lunch after our meeting today. I chose mostly veggies but that was a high cal meal for me.

Exercise: 2 hours of golf in 30 C heat! I may have sweated some of those lunch calories off.

D: Chef's salad - lettuce, green peppers, tomato, cucumber, small amount of ham and turkey, one hard boiled egg, sprinkling of shredded cheese with Ranch dressing on side. 1 slice of garlic toast (ordinary slice of toasted white bread with garlic butter), diet cola
Snack: lemon yogurt, 1/2 c fresh blueberries, 1/3 c granola, Green Mint tea

We CAN do this!
