Great Challenge Kath!

Cheryl and Kath, both of your challenges look great! 

So I have 3 goals I want to keep met....

1. Exercise 5-6 days a week
2. Continue eating less meat with a whole food plant based diet and as little to no processed foods
3. stick to ONE indulgent treat per week

boy it was a fight today, Sara P baked Russian tea cake cookies and it was very hard to just eat 3 (they are very small) 

** Cheryl, I think I'm with you on doing an update when I have a little free time, that's a great idea! This week was tough, I had some obstacles but was able to overcome them, my only problem is fitting in the exercise, I've decided it is what it is and on days I'm busy I can't feel guilty, life happens and all I can do is make sure I do exercise when my time is free time, like this upcoming week starting Tuesday is going to be a clear week, so I have no excuse!

My weight is down to 224.8 and I made a personal goal, my feeling is awesome!
