Hi Julie, what did the brown rice noodles taste like? I bought some by accident in a bulk food store; I thought they were ww.

BF: oatmeal, yogurt, cinnamon, walnuts, banana - I've been eating this breakfast for almost a year, maybe longer!
L: 2 slices ww bread, salmon, orange bell pepper, chocolate pudding cup
Snack: lemon yogurt,1/2 c fresh blueberries, 1/3 c granola, Green Mint tea - starving when I got home
D: 2 slices ww toast, 2 eggs, 1.5 tsp ketchup, Green Mint tea

Planted more of the veggie bedding plants. I just have 3 chili peppers, and 4 cherry tomatoes left. I already planted two cherry tomatoes and my regular tomatoes but I could only get a 6 pack of the Cherry tomatoes and I hate to waste them. Watered all the outside flowers, etc.

Snack: coleslaw with low cal dressing, water

Did the dishes, cleaned the bathroom.

That was my effort to be more active in the evening. Big improvement.
