Hi everyone,

I had no Internet this morning so I'm just getting caught up now. Starting Week six now or Week 1 of the 12 week challenge that Kathlleen's issued. I'm going to join in also. Obviously I want to maintain my healthy eating and following the Canada Food Guide but I also want to begin walking along the lake again and I want to continue getting more active in the house and yard. I hope by the end of the 12 weeks (which will be autumn here) that I will be well on my way to restoring good habits and keeping up around my home. I'm definitely an emotional stress eater also Kathlleen and I still do not seem to have mastered the Lifestyle mindset because it was easy for me to slide back into my old pattern and as long as I still had clothes to wear I didn't feel enough pressure to do what it took to stop the downward spiral. As long as my adopted lifestyle remains something I have to decide to choose and not a deeply ingrained real habit I'm going to continue having this yo-yo cycle of loss/gain which is driving me so cRaZy! This is an important week for me since it takes 6 weeks to build a habit and then (fingers crossed) it should become a little more automatic to make these choices.

Hi Julie, I would think that Disneyland would be a wonderful place to get in lots of walking, at least if the crowds don't slow you down. You're doing great Julie, you have a wonderful attitude and I'm hoping that it's contagious and that I catch it!
