2pieces of garlic toast(should of only had one but told myself well their not as big as they used to be)
Salad with ff dressing

Snacks
around 3 cinnamon hard candies(20 calories each)
I made a snack of frozen strawberries that I heated in the microwave and sliced and added a pack of truvia, then put light vanilla yogurt on it, then put coconut on the yogurt and then topped with sf chocolate syrup.  I thought this would be good and ate some of it but the more I ate the worse it got so I ended up throwing out some of it.
