BF: oatmeal, yogurt, cinnamon, walnuts, banana, Green Mint tea
L: 2 ww bread, salmon, orange bell pepper, water
Snack: lemon yogurt, 1/2 c fresh blueberries, 1/3 c granola, water
D: steak with BBQ sauce, potato, asparagus, coleslaw with low cal dressing, Green Mint tea - I baked the potato slices & asparagus. First time I've cooked asparagus in the oven and it was good. Just sprayed the cookie sheet and tossed it on. Snack: Green Mint tea, chocolate pudding cup
