Hey guys,

A quick one, before bed. Did a long post at lunchbreak and lost it. Oh well, should have known better: I normally write in a Word document but this time I didn't bother and my text was lost in cyberspace.
I had a great dinner, a HUngry Girl's make over from a Macaroni Grill dish: chunky eggplant pasta for two. I love eggplant and it was delicious, I made it for two so I have lunch tomorrow too. Have to paint a wall in the livingroom, so I just have to warm it up and have a healthy lunch.

Julie: I'm not a practicing catholic, so I didn't realize it was Lent...You made me think though... It's good to stand still with life and religion sometimes... I've been thinking about what to give up... It also makes my heart jump a bit... Lent, than Easter... I love Easter... all the promises it holds... the garden which will be alive by then...
Cheryl: hope your conference will be great! I'm sure it will be... But I understand the stress levels you are going through now... One step at a time, handling more things now will be too overwhelming, focus on one thing. Hope to hear from you again soon!
Boston: I hope you will feel better and better again with each day... You faced the scale, you are considering your options... Just like Julie said: try to make mini-goals, I used to write them down: one day drinking water was already a winner. I didn't focus on the weightloss in the beginning, it was just too overwhelming, I just got these little start, and a calender. I had a blue star for a good water day, green stars for my veggies, yellow for fruit. I just loved to see all those colors on my calender in the kitchen and visitors didn't know what they meant...
Maybe I should follow this strategy again... I've been focussing to much on the pounds right now, maybe that's why I start binching (again) out of stress to lose them... Those stars were more fun!

HUgs everyone, I will be back tomorrow between two paint jobs smiley: laugh
