ok ladies ... just burned 433 calories in 40 minutes, had to work harder today to achieve that when I have to change my weight loss! SO if I can do it SO CAN YOU! Do something special for yourself today, do SOME form of exercise, turn the radio on, dance around the house, just get up and move, You will turn your feel good hormones on! if ya can't stand up while you exercise I hear there is some good chair exercises!
