Hi everyone,

Just to correct some "misinformation" I had lost 6 lbs and I've gained 3 lbs of fluid so this morning I was only down 3 lbs.  With any luck at all I'll make up for it by Sunday because I want to get back to weighing on Sunday.  Oh well, at least it's going in the right direction for a change.  Only one good meal out today and I did walk so my goal for the day is met.  Tomorrow I'm taking my techs out for lunch and I hope that I'll have more choices at that meal.  Tonight it was Linguine and meat sauce or Lasagna with meat sauce - not much of a choice is it?! Work is a busy as ever, I spent most of the day in meetings but I did run home so the plumber could get in to fix a pump that wasn't turning on and shutting off automatically like it's supposed to. 

Hi Karrie,  You're getting closer to vacation so that's worth celebrating.

Hi Lisa,  I don't think I could tolerate the temperatures that you're getting but it's darned chilly here.  It was 14 C (57.2 F) here this morning when I walked and it's breezy and cool this evening.  At least it's not raining.  I'm not really worrying about having dessert on the weekend, having a cooler last evening (but NOT tonight) or eating all these restaurant meals.  It's just part of my life and right now I'm happy that I am losing something and that I'm NOT bingeing or eating junk food.  My goal is to keep on right through week two because I've been falling apart after a week.  I would really like to get rid of the bloat too.  My feet and legs do not feel good.  But I know that won't happen until I can eat my own meals because there's far too much sodium in restaurant meals.  I think you'd be freezing your tush off if you were here right now.  I would have been comfortable golfing in a fleece coat this evening.  Take care of yourself Lisa, I don't like the sound of those dizzy spells.

Hi Julie,  Happy Anniversary.  I hope you had a wonderful time at the Zoo and celebrating with your children tonight.  You're doing great Julie.  I'm feeling a little more secure every day.

Have a great evening everyone and stay warm (or cool.)  My next goal is to get to bed on time and walk tomorrow morning.  These late evenings have left me all revved up and going to bed late which makes me too tired in the morning.
