Sandi - I am so glad that you found something that helped you! My computer is too old to watch the videos on that site so I can't even watch what you saw. I did try the breathing meditation yesterday and I'm afraid I just wanted to take a nap. But maybe that meant I was relaxing?? I will keep trying and see if I can get something out of it. Did you try the meditation? Maybe you are sleeping better because you are going home? I have been drinking Valerian Root Tea every night and I think may be helping me sleep better.

Annie - Hi'ya! Hope you are having a good day! Is your weather still fairly mild?

Boston - I used to drink coffee daily and now I don't know how I did it. I still have a cup occassionally, but now I drink mostly teas. I always have trouble sleeping when I have coffee now. I am finding that I am tired almost all the time now - is that how you are too? I just have no energy. I feel much better when I eat vegetarian - but I find that so hard to fit in my lifestyle.

Well, I have some errands to run before my girl gets home from school so I had better get busy. She is playing in the high school pep band tonight, so I probably won't have time for much later on. Have a great day all! Mary
