You hang in there girl and keep fighting, that feeling will pass and you will be back to yourself soon! Do you think it could be hormonal for you? My feelings like that come during tom, so maybe your hormones are reeking havoc on you right now!

1 cup twigs, flakes and sticks (high fiber cereal from Trader Joe's)
1 cup milk
2 cups coffee w/milk and splenda

Exercise:
4.6 mile power walk

2 cups salad
1 cup spinach
1 oz. cheddar cheese
3 oz chicken breast
a little bit of dry fruit mixture (golden raisins, blueberries, cherries, cranberries)
2 tbsp ranch dressing

Snack:
orange

Dinner:
1 cheeseburger w/1 bun, 1 patty, 1 slice cheddar cheese, onion,lettuce,tomato,pickles, 1 tbsp mayo, 1 tsp ketchup
3 oz. oven baked french fries

blt ... a nice bite of Sara's burger (no chocolate for me tonight)

2 cups coffee w/milk and splenda
