Cheryl, Your yogurt creation looked delicious yesterday, I bought some plain Greek yogurt yesterday and I'm going to mix in some blueberries and some of my kashi crunch and eat that tomorrow for breakfast!

turkey sandwich: 2 slices wg bread, 2 slices turkey, 1 slice cheddar cheese, 1 cup romaine lettuce, 1 tbsp mayo
1/2 cup grape tomatoes
1 orange

Dinner:
3 cups salad
4 oz.  chicken
3 tbsp dressing
1 oz. cheddar cheese
1 oz. oyster crackers

2  cups coffee w/milk and splenda
72% chocolate
