Happy Saturday!

Cheryl, YES I am!! I had what I call my Coffee date with God this morning (reading the bible/prayer sitting in the yard with my coffee) watered my front plants, I had to take Erik and drop him off at a friends as he's helping him take down a fence today. I went for my 4.6 mile walk, sat and chatted with Sara for almost an hour, now I'm here and then I'm going to go water my backyard plants, then take a shower and take Sara to look for a dress for her 8th grade dance that is this upcoming week! Busy schedule but not rushing, I didn't get to not one chore so far
I'm sorry you are having such a bad storm, I hope it clears up for you soon! I think we are going to hit the 90's today, I was HOT walking today!
I'm so glad you got your electricity back on! I'm glad you liked that article on thinking thin, I came across that yesterday and thought that would be perfect for the group challenge!

Breakfast:
1 cup kashi
1 cup milk
2 cups coffee w/milk and splenda
Exercise:
4.6 miles
Lunch:
turkey sandwich: 2 slices wg bread toasted, 2 slices turkey breast, 1 cup romaine lettuce, 1 tbsp mayo
1 orange
1/2 cup baby carrots
1 -1/2 cups leftover pasta
1 slice wg bread with 2 tsp butter
Exercise again:
following 2 teenage girls around the mall .... I thought walking Ruby was tough
Dinner:
turkey sandwich: 2 slices wg bread toasted, 2 slices turkey breast, 1 cup romaine lettuce, 1 tbsp mayo, 1 slice cheddar cheese
sun chips 1.5 oz
Snack:
coffee w/milk and splenda
