Hi there.... I would say that I knew your situation, but I had zero motivation to lose any weight after my children were born (5 yr old twin boys). I lavished them with lots of healthy snacks and fed myself junk. I ate when they ate but not WHAT they ate and have found myself much worse off than before the pregnancy - which was a looooong time ago LOL I recently joined WW and have had stupendous success. I'm still a little lacking on the exercise part since I find it to be a very private thing in my life and I have no privacy. But my advice is anything can be done slow and steady. It always seems like the pregnancy pounds just magically appeared, but that's far from true. Your body goes through so many changes before and after kids and I firmly believe hormones play a huge role in belly fat and mental motivation. Congrats on taking the first steps and just keep going. It's easy to fall into routine and not pay attention to what, when, how much, etc. goes into your mouth when you're busy with the baby. We're all here for support whenever you need! ))) And don't worry... once your little darling starts cruising and running around the house, there will be added exercise whether you want it or not! hehehehehe
