Hi everyone,

Just thought I join you image.
My goals are easy:
1. Journal and planning
2. Exercise: running, swimming and I have to add strength training once a week (Wednesday mornings)
3. Eating out is ok, but I won't panick if I don't know the the points exactly
4. No binging, trying to figure out was is bothering me... Not turn to food to blank out my emotions
5. Water!
6. Streaking untill the holidays.


I still have 7 kg to go... I'm planning on losing 5kg, maybe if things go well, I will be at goal at the end of it....


HOLIDAY JOURNEY CHALLENGE

START - November 1 -
Week 1: November 8 - official start
Week 2: November 15 - 77.2kg
Week 3: November 22 - 75.1 kg (-2.1kg)
Week 4: November 29 - 74.9 kg (-0.2kg)
Week 5: December 6 - 75,2 kg (+ 0.3 kg)
Week 6: December 13 - 74,5 kg (-0.7 kg)

FINISH: January 1, 2010

09 Nov: I ate well into range, ate my maximum points (20), but jogged for 45 minutes. So I have some points left. I really need to track my activity points better, not to eat them, just to get structure image. New fruit: pomegranate. Yummie!

10 Nov: (74.8 kg Morning WI) I ate in range (23.5 - activity points, so 20 points). Went swimming. I didn't binge after swim class, I just ate my activity points I earned. Will do this from now on, swimming makes me hungry and I really need something after that. Soup alone won't do it.

11 Nov: (74.5kg, Morning WI). I had some struggling to do at night after that I came home from my manicure. Went to bed, I was tired and that was why I was "hungry". I ate the lentil soup, which was good and filling, had my doubts while preparing it... Even brought it for lunch, 2 portions went into the freezer.

12 Nov: (73.8kg Morning WI) . Didn't exercise yesterday... eatingwise it was good! Exercising after dinner doesn't work for me... I always end up cleaning up the living room, and with 2 little kids it's a never ending story!
OK day (because of the lack of exercise)
13 Nov: (74kg Morning WI)
Weekend: not good

16 Nov: New start right? WI tonight at WW. Hope it is good... Jut did a 35 min interval jog. I'm dead image . WI at WW. I gained! Oh well, got the motivation and peptalk I needed.

19 Nov (WI: 73.8kg). Hungry day. Luckily I have soup at home! Didn't exercise, forgot most of my things at home... Mental note: must make exrcise bag at night, too sleepy in the mornings!

Week 4: I didn't really join the psoitive thoughts challenge. Not my cup of tea... and maybe a little lazy to come up with all those things... But I loved the other ideas and thoughts.
Not a big loss this week, but I'll take it!
