Hi Julie and Cheryl,

I am with you. I am up for this challenge.

1. I will listen to some type of hynosis or motivational message every night
2. I will stay within my point range each day
3. I will drink 4 -8 cups of water EVERYDAY
4. I will read a prayer each day
5. I will aim to improve my exercise gradually to 3 - 4 times week
6. I will journal each day

My first reward will be a set of gel nails (or maybe just a new book or CD) when I have completed my first FULL 14 days on track.
