Hi Ladies,
Carol Ann-WOW.....I have in-laws just like you. Not something to be proud of that is for sure. You have gone above and beyond to help your Dh's brother and wife out. And this is the thanks you get for that? You have given and given and given to these ingrates and this is how they treat you?! Now you and Dh are struggling and could use some help with food etc and where are they? This makes me very upset and very angry. But I do believe that what goes around does come around! And if I were you I would file charges against them.

Steffi-My work does provide free coffee and free tea. The coffee is awful. The water is free out of the sink and fountain....I would NEVER drink it. It is nasty. I choose to get coffee out of the vending machine. And then after reading your post to me. I was like WOW...that money will really add up. Congratulations to you are not turning to food when you got upset and instead got on your bike and took a run. We all should learn off you!

Anni-That is great news to hear that your 16 year old brought home an excellent report card! I can't imagine being him and losing his father. Only he knows how he feels inside. I am happy to hear that you are finally riding in the car with him, good for you. You are such a great Mom.

Julie-I say don't fix what isn't broken! So I wouldn't take the medication. A girl I work with has a son with MS. The doctors are surprised that he isn't on a ventilation machine yet. He only has limited movement with his arms. So his doctor wanted him to go into a experimental program. So he did. Nothing is wrong with his heart. So they go through this experimental program. And now they want him to have a pacemaker put in. I almost fell off my chair when my friend told me this. I said, I wouldn't do it. And they are agreed they aren't doing it. To many doctors just try to experiment with us. You have to be your own advocate and tell them NO! If you watched Dr. Oz this week on Oprah. He said, there are 100,000 medical mistakes each year. He also said his wife went to have Lasix surgery on her eyes. The machine is designed for right eye and left eye. She went to have her left eye done and they had the machine set up for the right eye design. He said it was like grinding your eye and it almost made her blind. He said when you have surgery to write on yourself. This arm is having surgery. Write on the other arm this arm is not having surgery.

As for me: The weather is nice outside. But you have to wear a light coat. I am work free until Monday. I could have brought home work...but I didn't. I plan to clean the house up and hopefully take my dogs for walks. I can't seem to stay caught up around here.

Have a great evening,

Karrie
