so I had a little slip up yesterday not much I just ended up eating at the dreaded buffet for lunch because it was the only thing around. well I eat 2 plates not really everything on the plates and i filled the majority of the plate with salad and the rest with mostly chicken i fell it was a safe bet.. even though i was so tempted by a few other things i did get some macaroni and cheese. but not very much just a fork full really. but all in all I think it went well I eat less at dinner becasue of it and actually still down on weight today 245 lbs.

one of my major goals is 230. what do you guys think I should do for a goal reward ? I feel like I am closer to this goal then I think.
