Yeadh Julie! One question. Why does she say that about the exercise? Is there a heart issue? In my experience and I have quite a variety of conditions in my client base - I counted and I have over 40 clients now!- there is really no reason other than heart to hold back on intensity. I jsut don't want you to cheat yourself out of what you could have. Maybe just have her clarify the reason why you need to hold back.
