2 sl. whest toast w/ marg.& peach preserves
oatmeal

Snack:

Apple

Lunch:

Turkey burger
Iced Tea

Dinner:

Steak
Some type veg. mix
beets
iced Tea

Snack:

2 scoops Sherbert
4 graham crackers squares
