Have a GREATday!

Kelly, omg! how'd you do that?

breakfast:
oatmeal
blueberries
flax
cinnamon
1/2 oz walnuts
milk
coffee w/milk

Lunch:
this is where my problem started today, I didn't feel like eating a 'normal' lunch today...
apple
handful oyster crakers
pumpkin seeds

Snack:
an average size piece of Sara's bday cake

dinner:
2 beef enchiladas
1 cup rice
2 Tbsp sour cream

snack:
1 average piece of homemade apple pie
2 scoop vanilla ice-cream
coffee w/milk

Not real thrilled with my day, overall it wasn't really that bad, but I just feel I could have done a little better, oh well, gotta live once in a while, its learning to get over it fast and not let it carry through another day, so I'll start my day tomorrow with a clean slate and just make a U-Turn and get right back on track with NO looking back!!!

oops, forgot to add this, while frosting Sara's cake, I took a couple good sized licks image oh but I must admit, it was sinfully delicious!
