changege breakfast from what I posted earlier
shredded oat cereal
flax
banana
1 tsp cinnamon
milk
2 cups coffee w/milk

Lunch:
chicken sandwich w/lettuce/bbq sauce
apple slices

snack:
trail mix, fruit

Dinner:
mexican food:
rice/beans/chicken breast/2 tortilla's/a little sour cream/ a little guagamole

snack:
1 oz. walnuts

blts, 10 christmas candy corns, 3 taffies (that's it)
