Thanks Julie, I enjoyed reading that. Where would I find that book at? It sounds like a good book that would be very helpful. Well, I ended up making cookies. I made 23 of them. I ate 3 of them. I guess that sounds bad but for me thats actually good. I decided to go ahead and eat 3 to see if I could get these desires to really overeat out of my system. So today for breakfast I had oatmeal, morning snack banana, lunch salad with ff dressing and a yogurt, supper was steamed vegetables, garden corn, baked chicken, one lick of mashed potatoes and 3 cookies. Now if I can just stop I will still consider today a good day.
