Boston, I hear ya on having a hard day, I know that one all too well, I wanted to share with you what I really think is helping me, I stay clear from all things w/high fructose corn syrup, msg, and hydrogenated oils, these foods increase craving's, tricks your body so to speak, also I make sure I stay clear from white foods as much as possible, I'm thinking that has to be the only reason I stopped craving things so much, I'm not saying it is a miracle but it seems to be really working for me ... I hope you are able to keep fighting it! Have you ever thought about getting the book YOU on a Diet? It really has taught me so much and made me understand things so much clearer than anything else ever has! I know you've all heard that from me so many times but honestly, I really think that is my secret little weapon this time! One more little trick I've been doing lately is having 1 tsp of cinnamon in my cereal every morning, its suppose to lower blood sugar, lowers cholesterol and helps with food cravings...
Also did you know that red pepper: paprika and cayenne, helps lower blood pressure?
