orry I've been MIA all weekend, but we are busy with our ds graduation tomarrow. I've got so much to get done and I seem to be taking 1 step forward 2 steps back. LOL. An example of my life so far. I agree with the statement that "food is my friend" I have always used food as my comfortor, until 2 years ago. It is still so easy to slip back into that mode if I'm not careful.
It isn't worth it.
Boston my heart goes out to you. It is so painful when someone you love refuses to listen or even discuss situations that are painful. I hope you have considered counseling, if he won't participate - it would still be helpful for you. You are worth it. Or if nothing else keep a journal, just the act of writing things down and discussing it with yourself helps to clarify the situation. Your in my prayers. ((((U))))
Sunshine I too have had to learn to let others help. It is a very humbling experience. I'm so glad to know that your on the mend and able to help others. Service is such a healing act. I would love to visit that area. It looks so beautiful in the photos.
Michelle so glad that you were able to give yourself some TLC time. Isn't it wonderful! I'm glad to hear that your daughter is adjusting to the move. You were so correct to find others for her to talk to about the changes she was going through.
Has anyone heard of the 7 minute workout? It's been suggested I try it. I would just like to know whether it is really a program worth trying.
