Hey, I meant to say that I made some really good (and healthy) chili this morning. I like to put mine in the fridge for a day or two to bring out the full flavor of it. Can't wait to have a bowl in a day or two. YUM! It is great to eat something that is healthy AND tastes great too! Strange time of year for chili, but I was just in the mood for some reason. Maybe because it has been a little on the cool side here lately.
