Hey Steffi...Yep, still hanging 5 lbs from goal. What you have said makes sense. I could be happy at 155 for the rest of my life, but I just would be more confident if I had that 5 lb cushion. I'm not going to wait for the pictures - we'll get them taken this weekend. As soon as I get them, I'll post. I have raw fruits and veggies covering my counter right now. I'm allowed to grab and eat as much and as often as I want all weekend. Kinda fun!

I'm watching a rerun of "So You Think You Can Dance" right now. I want to learn to dance. These people are in such great shape.

Sandy, Sandy, Sandy...What can we do to "snap you out of it?" It's so much better to be in control than not. Trust me - I know how difficult it is to convince yourself of this when you are in a rut. All the foods you love (or cave under) will always be there. It's not like you can't have any of it. Just choose not to for a while. It's not forever. Eventually, eating the fun foods for special occasions will be enough. I have found that "planned" indulgences are great and guilt-free.
