Welcome here!
Take your time to loose the weight, and remember your hips need to get back to their "normal" position.
I know how hard and chaotic life can be those first months and euh... it stays that way image in some way.
Just eat reasonable and healthy and try to exercise, but don't be too hard on yourself. I wanted to jump back in my routine very fast and just crashed.. Those little people take up a lot of your energy.
