to feel like yourself again. I know that may seem like a lot longer than you want but it will come and go very quickly. I have lost over 60lbs since my daughter was born 14 months ago and the main thing that has helped is to just get your body moving on a regular basis. If you can go walking daily for 30 minutes or so, I think you'll be amazed at how you will jumpstart your energy level and your body will start to change for the better. After you make that a habit you can up the intensity. Baby steps for mommas is okay when it comes to weight loss. I pray you do get a routine going. Another thing that will really help is drinking a ton of water and not eating 2 hours before you go to bed.
