Day 12!!
Day 6 of 56 of my challenge!!

Great topic. I was always thin but started having problems with my weight yo-yoing when about 4 yrs ago when I was going thru some major depression. The medication made me gain weight and since I never went to therapy for my depression I sought comfort in food. Even to this day I have to have a warm bagel in the morning because I love the way it 'feels' more than it tastes, I love how comforting it is. Don't ask! I'm trying to get past this and just eat when I'm hungry. I had alot of good habits but replaced them with bad ones :rolleyes Now I just have to re-learn them.

As far as that therapy group goes, would you try maybe going to an overeaters anonymous group? I went once with my sister and I really liked it. Its more geared towards adults of all shapes and sizes.
