Hi Tan :)

Mais ton franais est vraiment trs bon et je comprends ton soucis avec les accents ;o). Dsol d'apprendre que tu "struggles", mais l'essentiel, c'est que tu n'abandonnes pas !

Well, I think I will teach French to all of you and then we will have a "French Streaker Thread" :lol

Speaking about struggles and binges, I am also a binge eater, but the more I lose weight, the more my binges disapear. I know binges are a whole life struggle and we have to be stronger than the binge. I have read a while ago a book which really helps me a lot. It is called "I wish I were thin, I wish I were fat, The Real reasons we overeat and what we can do about it" from Michelle Joy Levine. I begin to re-read it now and I see myself in lots of situations described in the book. Except perhaps those who gain weight after pregnancies, I am sure you will all find yourself in this book. Sometimes, you can say "it's easy to always find excuses from the past", but well, when you look closer, you'll see that the past has a lot of influence on our present and to understand that can help you build your future...
Hope you understand what I mean...

Ok, now I really have to get rid of my G2G "drug", because I have a lot of work to do.:lol

See you 8o
