I'm ok with it. I am the one who made some poor food choices last week and can't be surprised is shows!

I am feeling good and keeping up with the exercise so I will just keep it up this week.

I have noticed I've been sliding on my snacks and then getting too hungry when at work. I need to be sure I eat them to stay satisfied and not ravenous.
