I am just shaking my head in disbelief. Today I weighed in at 180.00!!! that's another -2.6 lb loss.

I haven't seen that weight in 2 years. I'm very excited and also hope this sticks around.

My thanks go WATP 3 miler 2x a week and I guess that getting up on Tues/thurs/Frid and doing 20 min recumbent before work instead of at night is having some impact!!
