i'm here to report day 4 here!!
yes, i broke my streak on sunday:rolleyes
it was a purposeful break from streaking, mostly as an experiment on my part.
i was getting frustrated at my 2 week plateau, so i decided to experiment and eat lots more than usual on sunday.
we went to a friend's for dinner and i ate all that was served, including chips, a bun, potatoes, ribs AND some dessert!
my body was a bit in shock from all the carbs (i haven't eaten ANY carbs in 2 months) and i felt a bit hungover on monday.
i guess i was hoping for my body to be shocked out of the norm a bit and then get back to losing, but so far it hasn't helped (we'll see tomorrow when i weigh myself).

i can say that even though i haven't been losing very quickly these last few weeks, my clothes are getting looser. i am wearing a size 12 pants from american eagle today, and 2 weeks ago i could barely get them done up! i guess my butt is shrinking (finally) from all the running!

anyways, i am back to eating the way i should, and i can say that i got back OP first thing monday morning AND i went for a nice 9K run as well (all that sugar from sunday really helped).

my MIL and her hubby are here for a visit this week, so i'm taking them to detroit for some shopping today.
tomorrow i have to head to toronto 'cause sat. morning my dd has to have an mri of her jaw (because of her rheumatoid arthritis). my ds has his symphony concert this weekend as well.
busy, busy, busy.
oh, and next week i'm going to a business conference in niagara falls (canada) for 4 days!!!!! just me and the hubby!
i'm bummed 'cause i have nothing to wear! i didn't keep any of size 12's when i lost weight before, i kept getting rid of the clothes i shrunk out of. bummer:p

ok, off to dry my hair!
