WTG, Michele! The scale may not be going down very fast, but going from an 18/20 in January to a 12 now is still quite an accomplishmen!!!

I am going to call today Day 13, because I did technically stay within my calories yesterday...

BUT...no more of this "eating barely anything during the day because I'm going out for dinner in the evening" stuff!! It just made me absolutely miserable...I still kept it under control...took a box of leftovers home with me...but it's too much of a shock to my system. I was up very early this morning with a nasty stomach ache!

So, that's one thing I've learned: that method does not work for me - probably not for anyone, lol. I'm still going to count it as part of my "streak," though, because, as I said, 1) I stayed within my calories, and 2) I learned something new about my body and how it works!
