I just started journaling and tried my plan yesterday; so technically I am just starting day two. I have to say, though, I slept like a rock last night. I went to bed at 10 oclock (which is very strange for me), I was asleep within 10 minutes, and I woke up at 6:30 this morning without the alarm clock. I have not slept like that in a long time. I think it is due to the fact that I cut back on my caffeine drink (diet cola) and drank more water. I feel very refreshed today.
