Day #17 for the 30-40 minute walks 4x per week.

As I said in the daily post, my net connection isnt working right now, so I will be active again when Monday comes. I am down almost 2lbs from last weeks weigh in, and I have more energy to do the things I want to do. Feeling great, and proud for sticking with it.
