Beef salad and warm peach dessert ... sounds yummy! What time's dinner? ;)

Well now ... I can't feel too sorry for you Bernie on the challenge front ... you pulled a 7-pointer yesterday! I will symphasize with you though on the stomach distress with the over-indulgance of "healthy" Asian :x Too much, especially late, eating even healthy foods sure bother me. I'm much better off with smaller, more frequent meals but then sometimes it feels as though that's all I do! Go figure, I'm whining about having to eat all the time! :lol

Since tomorrow's not only a TGIF day and Valentine's Day but should be the birth of my second god-child Andrew (c-section), I've worked out my menu to include as much chocolate as I reasonably can and stay under my calorie target.... for breakfast there's chocolate raspberry flavored coffee, cocoa warm oats and a chocolate english muffin. For my afternoon snack there's 1/2 of a chocolate brownie like the one I stared at a couple of weeks ago at Panera Bakery and Cafe. Panera's skim milk, no cream house latte, half yummy salad and turkey sandwhich for lunch. ... yup ... I'll definately "earn" my "personal pampering" :1 tomorrow! :rollin ... hey, this girl's gotta make-up for the lost bonus points from not being able to control the "L" part of the no BLTs :lol

Hope you found lots of healthy goodies at the market! Time for me to get in my evening weights ... tomorrow's exercise REST day so I'm psyched to get a good workout in to finish my "week" on a positive note :)
