Tuesday:

sultana bran & milk: 3 pts, coffee & biscuit: 4 pts, chicken noodle cup-a-soup: 0.5, beef, chilli & tomato filo wrap with salad: 4 pts, 6 dried apricots: 1, peach & apple juice: 2pts, 3 vovo's: 3pts
Great exercise day today - really tough 1 hour workout at the gym with lots of weights and cardio, then a dog walk for 40 mins. Strangely enough, not greatly hungry today!

Wednesday:

weetbix, skim milk & honey: 3 pts, tomato, onion & parsley on toast: 2 pts, latte: 2pts, pasta with bolognaise sauce: 8 pts, 2 teddy bear biscuits: 2 pts

Exercise: gym for one hour - high cardio workout.

Thursday:

weetbix, skim milk & honey, 3 pts, sushi: too many points!, dinner: fruit

2 hour dog walk today - yeah!

Friday:

toast: 4 pts, latte: 2pts, focaccia with tomato and bocconcini: 6 pts, beef salad: 4 pts, 1 peach with scoup of ice cream: 4 pts, chocolate (valentines day :lol ) 2 pts.

Gym: cardio & weights session.

Saturday:

latte and muffin: 6 pts, fruit: 2 pts, vegetable risotto: 6 pts, salad, coffee: 2pts.

Exercise: hour dog walk

Sunday:


3 hour dog walk :D :D :D - my poor dog was exhausted and so was I :o
