:| Well Bernie ... after I clean up my dogs, de-layer, and make a pit-stop, my microwave definately gets its work out in also. Gotta get my herbal teas that have been steeping piping hot to warm me up :o ... sometimes its mid-afternoon though before that happens, though :lol Kinda one of those good news/bad news diet things ... the good news is I lost a lot of my fat insulation ... the bad news, in winter, is I lost a lot of my fat insulation ...:rolleyes

We actually have several folks who are winter weather "regulars" on our track and trails. Most are dog owners getting their beloved friends out for their walks ... couple are runners. Our city actually has been clearing paved city walking trails (maybe about a mile and a half of trails) so familar smiling faces and fairly clear surfaces sure proves to be encouragement to brave the chill.

I haven't worked on a special personal challenge as well ... I'm pretty much still sticking the same game plan I've had for about the past year.... aiming to keep it do-able and enjoyable as time passes. I'm at the point where I want to do the things I feel I really do need to do to maintain my health, keeping it focused time-wise and economically do-able, but allow it to claim a more balanced priority in my life. So, I find it plenty to just keep up with the basics and to the extent the bonus points are available for things I'm already doing, I do track those for the week.

Great work on the Tuesday 8 pointer .... :rollin As Garth Brook sings .... "and the thunder rolls" ....:rollin Keep those eights a rolling girl!
