Way to rack up those points :1 there Bernie .... eight of 'dem thar' smiley guys all lined up :D Great work, girl! Hope your Tuesday's gone equally well ... I'm sure after all of your planning and preparation its great to have the opportunity to focus a little more, and enjoy, those "healthy lifestyle" activities.

These line-ups of "point men" for this challenge reminds me of the variety shows that were popular on TV when I was growing up and the acts performed by professional jugglers .... one of their "tricks" was to attempt to spin, all at one time, several plates (say eight or so) on the tip of a series of flexible poles. In trying to keep up with life in general, and all of these aspects of managing a healthy lifestyle, I often feel like that juggler trying to keep all of his plates up on the poles so they didn't fall and break, let alone spinning! :lol On those really hectic days where nothing seems to go right, it seems as though I have a billion plates up in the air .... so much nicer on those days where it seems there's only three or four up at the same time ... those are the days I feel I could do this forever :D Hope the remainder of the week goes just as well for you.

Right now its snowing lightly so winter has returned ... yesterday was a whole 57 degrees :eek a little overcast, but otherwise just amazingly spring-like for early February. Most of our snow melted so that this weekend, I was able to get out and jog back on the track and then city park trails .... have to say it was soooo very pleasant to run confidently (well, as much as that's possible with two unpredictable four-leggeds along side) and not worry about the snow and ice underfoot. I feel very blessed to have had the weather respite... our winter started in late November, which was about 4 weeks early.... so I think I'm good to go now for whatever winter remains. Well... I might get a little bit whiney :rolleyes Of course, when asked if I'd 'like a little cheese and crackers with my "whine,"' I'll be sure to repond with "Yes, make that fat-free cheese and whole wheat crackers, please! :lol because I aim to earn that day's :D for staying on my personal program!
