Lynne, I just decided to check this thread and think it is a good idea. I will start today and continue to make two new changes every week. My changes this week are:

1. Drink that water!!!!
2. Add 30 mins a day to my exercise program (60 mins total)

P.S. I'm leaving Feb 21st for a two week vacation. The first week I'm gone, I may not have computer access. The second week, however, I will - and I'll definitely check in. I'm looking forward to sharing progress with you.
