Happy New Year's Week, Challengers!

Continuing with these goals! My challenge to myself to streak for 100 days starts this very week, I CAN'T WAIT! :D

1. At least 5 fruits & veggies.
2. At least 3 liters of water.
3. Exercise.
4. Fiber between 20-35 grams/day.

This is the challenge I have given to myself for the entire holiday season. Even if I go over in fat grams (which I plan to do on certain days of the holidays), if I can do the rest, I will be happy. I want to enjoy the good foods out there, but I want to also treat my body the way it needs to be treated. These are the things I need to be healthy and feel great!

I will not compromise! This is the promise I am making to myself!

Fruits & Veggies:
Monday - 4 veggies + 4 fruits = 8
Tuesday - 3.5 veggies + 3 fruits = 6.5
Wednesday - 2.5 veggies + 4 fruits = 6.5
Thursday - 3.5 veggies + 2 fruits = 5.5
Friday - 3.5 veggies + 3 fruits = 6.5
Saturday - 2.5 veggies + 3 fruits = 5.5
Sunday - 3.5 veggies + 3 fruits = 6.5

Exercise:
Monday - 8.5 km walk, crunches
Tuesday - 8 km walk, 2 km walk
Wednesday - 9 km walk, crunches
Thursday - 6.5 km walk, 20 minutes low impact aerobics
Friday - 7 km walk, crunches
Saturday - 8.5 km walk, 25 minutes weight aerobics
Sunday - 8.5 km walk/jog, crunches, 25 minutes weight aerobics
