Bailey - The first thing to do is change the attitude. You're setting yourself up for failure before you even start! Say "I can" or "I will". I have faith you can do anything you truly set your mind to. Look at it in the positive.

And...I'm assuming you're 100+er (need to lose 100 pounds or more) since you said you have more than most of us to lose. So come over to the 100+ board and start posting. I really find the checking in several times a day helps keep me honest. And setting an exercise goal gets me moving even when I don't want to because I need to post when I've done it.
