i think its kool to have these goals set out in front of us and with putting them here its like we are not only letting ourselves down but everyone else on here too..
ok here's my goals for this weeks 3-12 to 3-18

1. journal every day every bite
2. stay with in my points range
3.not to be so hard on myself when i fall
4.drink my water and then some more water

these are 4 small goals i have set and at one time i wasnt even thining of them i was just doing them but now i have to make sure i do them everyday...
