It is easier to just add to this thread besides always starting a new one. :)

Here is My Goals for 3/25 - 3/31 :rollin Should be a great week

1. JOURNAL EVERYDAY (even if I am over in points)

2. Exercise @ LEAST 15-35 minutes 4-5 times this week :) :)

3. DRINK @ LEAST 72 ozs. or more of water A DAY :)

4. STOP!!!! DRINKING SOO MUCH DIET POP :( :)

5. WHEN I reach these goals for the week REWARD MYSELF WITH SOMETHING BESIDES FOOD :)

I am hoping for a reward in weight loss this week.

I will reward myself with A new outfit at thhe end of this week for my weight loss NO MATTER how big or small the loss will be :)

I go To tunica in 2 WEEKS :rollin I am hoping for at least 5 more lbs. off by then or whatever close to that :)
