Well,

I did not make my goals this week.

I did drink my water everyday,

But as for the rest i did not meet. Well,
all I have to say is I will make more goals and stick to them and feel better about myself when I do.

By not making my goals I gained 2.4 this week. :( It is ok because I know the things I did to make that happen.
